PURCHASING INFORMATION

Buying, Shipping & Returns

Cashton & Co. presents each available watch with photographs, specifications, condition information and included accessories. The details below explain how inquiries, offers and purchases are handled.

How to Buy

  • Use the inquiry button on the watch page and include the watch name or reference number.
  • Availability and the transaction details will be confirmed directly with you.
  • Do not send payment until the watch, total price and payment instructions have been confirmed in writing.

Offers

Reasonable offers are welcome. Use the “Make an Offer” button on the individual watch page. An offer is not accepted until Cashton & Co. confirms acceptance in writing.

Payment

Available payment methods include Zelle, bank wire, PayPal and Venmo. The specific payment method and instructions for an individual transaction will be confirmed directly with the buyer before payment.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. shipping is included in the advertised price unless an individual listing states otherwise. Watches are shipped using a tracked and fully insured service to the confirmed delivery address. A signature may be required. The shipping method and expected delivery timing will be confirmed before payment.

Condition & Disclosures

Pre-owned and vintage watches may show wear consistent with age and use. Each listing should be reviewed together with its photographs, specifications, condition notes, included items and available documentation. Aftermarket components and customized marriage-watch configurations are identified where applicable.

Representative Photographs

When multiple examples of a marriage-watch style are available, the listing may use representative photographs. The watch supplied will match the listed style and specifications, but movement serial number, production year and minor cosmetic details may vary. Photographs of the exact available watch may be requested before purchase.

Authenticity Guarantee & 48-Hour Inspection

Every watch is guaranteed to be authentic as described in its written listing. When a listing identifies aftermarket components or a customized marriage-watch conversion, the guarantee applies to the watch and configuration exactly as described and does not represent those disclosed components as factory original.

The buyer has 48 hours from carrier-confirmed delivery to inspect the watch for authenticity and any material difference from the written listing. A concern must be reported to info@cashtonandco.com within that period, before the watch is worn, sized, opened, serviced or altered. Cashton & Co. may request photographs, an explanation and reasonable supporting documentation before authorizing a return.

An authorized return must be sent within two business days using tracked, fully insured shipping and must include the watch and every item originally supplied, in the same condition received. After receipt and verification of a qualifying authenticity or material-description issue, Cashton & Co. will refund the purchase price and original outbound shipping and will cover reasonable insured return-shipping cost.

This limited inspection policy does not cover preference, fit, buyer’s remorse, market-value changes, disclosed aftermarket or customized components, characteristics visible in the photographs, or minor condition differences consistent with a pre-owned or vintage watch. Except for a qualifying authenticity or material-description issue reported within the 48-hour period, sales are final.
